These terms govern your use of queekstarter.com and our store-building service, provided by Queekstarter Limited (“Queekstarter”). By submitting a request or using the site you agree to them.
1. What we do
We build a WooCommerce/WordPress online store for your business. We are not a hosting company. To put your store live you need a hosting account bought directly from a third-party host. We currently recommend Verpex.
2. Free build, paid hosting
Our standard store build is free. Hosting, domains, payment-gateway fees and other third-party costs are your responsibility and are charged by those providers under their terms. We may earn a commission if you sign up to Verpex through our link (see our Affiliate Disclosure). This costs you nothing extra.
2A. Optional paid services
We may offer optional paid services in future (for example, extra features, design work or ongoing support). Any paid service will be quoted and agreed with you in writing before you are charged. Nothing is added to your free build without your consent.
3. Delivery
After you submit a request and sign up for hosting, we aim to deliver your store in 5 to 7 working days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee, and depends on how quickly you provide content, product details and access.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information and content you have the right to use. You are responsible for your products, pricing, taxes, shipping, customer service and compliance with the laws that apply to your business.
5. Ownership
You own your store content and business data. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and methods. Third-party themes and plugins are licensed under their own terms.
6. Third-party services
Hosting, payment processors and other tools are provided by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their pricing, outages or policies. Hosting refunds are governed by the host’s policy.
7. No guarantee of results
We do not promise sales, traffic, revenue or search rankings.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Queekstarter is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use our service for illegal goods or services, fraud or infringing content. We may decline or stop work on any store at our discretion.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or discontinue the service at any time. Updated terms apply from the date posted.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lagos State, unless local consumer law gives you other rights.
