Queekstarter Limited (RC 1859164) (“Queekstarter”, “we”, “us”) operates queekstarter.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- Details you submit in our “Get My Free Store” form: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, business details and anything else you provide.
- Messages you send by email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or Calendly bookings.
- Technical data (IP address, device and browser type, pages visited) collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To deliver your store request, communicate with you, book calls, measure and improve our website and advertising, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
Where the law requires one, we rely on: performing a service you requested, our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, your consent (for example, non-essential cookies and ad tracking), and legal obligations.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to understand how visitors use our site, and Metricool to measure website and social media performance. When we run advertising campaigns, we may use Meta advertising tools, including the Meta Pixel, to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Where required, analytics and advertising cookies load only after you consent through our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time and manage ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts.
Who we share it with
Only providers needed to run the business: website hosting, form and email tools, Calendly, Metricool, messaging platforms (WhatsApp/Meta), Google and Meta. If you sign up with Verpex, the information you give Verpex is governed by Verpex’s own policy. Data may be processed outside your country; we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and UK/EU GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Our services are for adults and businesses; we do not knowingly collect children’s data.
